BeanStock Music Festival & Braintree Candlelight Vigil

  • French's Common 1 John F Kennedy Memorial Drive Braintree, MA, 02184 United States (map)

The third annual BeanStock Music Festival will be held on 7/14/18 starting at 3pm. The festival will remember the life of Nick Bean and all those we have lost to substance use disorder and celebrate those in recovery. It will raise awareness about the ongoing opioid epidemic and lessen the stigma, while having a fun, sober event. Music line up to follow. There will be raffles, a $1,000 frisbee toss, substance use disorder resource information, a Narcan training, food trucks and other local vendors. The night will end with the last hour dedicated to a beautiful candlelight vigil to remember those lives lost too soon. This is an alcohol and drug free event. Festival flyer. Vigil flyer.

The event benefits The Sun Will Rise Foundation. Fore more information visit the BeanStock page at www.thesunwillrise.org or their facebook page.

All are invited to this free public event to remember those we have lost due to substance use. If anyone would like to add a loved one's picture to the vigil video, please send pictures and name to robyn@thesunwillrise.org by 6/20/18.
