    Provides services and programs to protect the health, safety, and well-being of Quincy residents.  In an effort to prevent and to control disease, and to continually improve quality of life, the Quincy Health Department (QHD) enforces all public health and environmental regulations; protects residents from environmental hazards; and provides services such as clinics, education and referrals.  QHD supports the city’s Alcohol Action Group.  Some Cantonese and Chinese translation services are available.
