Healthy Communities
One-time grants are
available for
$500. up
to $2,500. to serve one or more communities within the CHNA 20 -
Blue Hills Community Health Alliance area.
A total of approximately
$15,000 will be awarded.
Applications
must
be received by
Thursday, October 15, 2009 at 1:00 PM.
Award announcements will be made by November
12, 2009. Funded
projects must be completed no later than
June 30, 2010.
